The three-ply black rubber belt conveyor with rubber plates includes roller supports on the return conveyor. Guide rails at specific points guarantee correct belt alignment in the working phase. The drive head with a sufficiently powered gearmotor has a belt tensioning and alignment system as well as an idle head. The containment walls with possible hoppers can be customized and the legs are all height adjustable. The slider bed may vary based on usage. The narrow belts have flat rollers, and wide ones have concave rollers.
