Specially designed for separating light materials from heavy, through an undulating and shaking motion. The system works dry by means of eccentric masses and vibrates the slightly inclined plane on which the material flows. The lightweight material rises, while the heavy material falls. Installed inside a pressurized chamber, it moves countercurrent with respect to the air flows that can be adjusted using pneumatic shutters. These air flows remove bodies of differing weight with respect to a specific size and weight. The material processed by the gravity separator reaches a degree of purity of 98% if used properly. This parameter makes the gravity separator very popular in various areas and sectors.
