The ferrous metal separator has a sturdy UPN frame providing a rigid structure. The system consists of a three-ply rubber conveyor in a closed loop with plates, and in an inexhaustible permanent magnetic field installed inside the conveyor itself. The separator is installed transversely or longitudinally on the shredded material extraction conveyor and the magnetic field installed inside it extracts the ferrous metals. The conveyor/belt is driven by a 1.5 kW gearmotor at a speed of 80m/min. The separator includes a tubular support frame with floor mounting plates and height-adjustable chains for correct positioning. It is also fitted with a stainless-steel chute for conveying the material to the bin.
