Returns
For stocked parts which are ordered incorrectly by the customer, they can return within 10-days of receipt at their own cost (shipping) for a full refund. After 10 days, only by prior agreement. Specially ordered/promotional/discounted parts are not returnable.
Returning your purchase
Contact us at parts@globalmachinerysolutions.co.uk if you’d like to begin a return or exchange. We will be able to help you with the rest of the returns process.
Important information
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, accompanied by the return information label. Ensure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached if applicable.
