Made of painted bent structural steel with reinforced PVC with plates, these conveyors are ideal for loading all types of light material. The conveyor belt is equipped with a loading hopper to facilitate transport. The PVC conveyor belt with plates is equipped with supports, rollers, guide rails, drive head with an adequately powered gearmotor, idle head, conveyor tensioner and containment walls. May include hoppers in the initial part and height-adjustable legs. If equipped with magnetic drive rollers, the ferrous material is discharged via a stainless-steel chute positioned under the conveyor, while the non-ferrous material continues and is discharged frontally from the conveyor via another stainless steel chute. The conveyors can reach very high transport speeds.
