This machine distributes the material using an even undulating and shaking motion for more efficient separation in subsequent phases. Composed of a sturdy electrowelded channel placed on suitable vibration dampers, it is housed in a structural steel frame that is braced and attached to the ground. The frame allows inclination of the channel for optimal sliding of the material inside it. The channel is generally open, but may be stepped for better material screening/aeration. The plastic internal coating prevents noise or damage to the parts if the objects must not be damaged. The motor is sized according to the characteristics of the process. A manual/automated flap may be included for partial discharge on the discharge side.
